i am a partial dropper currently studying in manipal university jaipur in btech ece i want to give iat in 2027 and would like some guidence as to how to go abt it

Ans: Advaitha, If you are genuinely interested in research and pure sciences, consider appearing for IAT 2027. If you meet the eligibility requirements, you can prepare for IAT alongside your B.Tech rather than dropping out. Since IAT covers Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology, begin by strengthening your Class 11–12 NCERT concepts, followed by regular practice of IAT-level MCQs and previous-year papers. thank you sir by when do i finish the syllabus and can i prepare the same way im preparing for jee for this exam?

For Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM), you can follow a preparation strategy similar to JEE; however, please note that the IAT also includes approximately 15 questions each from Biology, making it equally important. To strengthen your preparation, solve the last 10 years' question papers to understand the exam pattern and difficulty level, review the syllabus from the past 2 years to identify key topics and trends, and maintain consistent practice across all four subjects (PCMB) to maximize your score. With focused preparation, you can aim for admission to top IISERs such as Pune, Kolkata, Mohali, and Bhopal.
