I am in a relationship. He loves and cares for me a lot, but when we meet physically and parted after 2 or 3 days he make the communication very poor. I get hurt a lot for this. After few days everything will fine.

It is a classic response of many men BUT not all men. You need to understand that men and women are wired very differently. men do not think of sex through an emotional lens whereas women do.
Now this is where you need to communicate to your partner clearly; what it feels like! Do not expect him to understand and turn a new leaf immediately as his is just an automated response. Work at it and tell him what you would like after your physical 'meet' and what kind of communication you would like from him afterward.
On a separate note, how is he as a person while the two of you are together? Caring, affectionate and respectful?
Then this thing that you are facing us just a matter of communicating with him...
