प्रिय महोदय, मैंने अपने निवेशों पर दोबारा गौर किया और पाया कि उनमें से कुछ अपनी श्रेणियों में अपने साथियों के मुकाबले अच्छा प्रदर्शन नहीं कर रहे हैं। क्या मैं नीचे दिए गए फंडों पर आपकी राय जान सकता हूँ - HSBC एग्रेसिव हाइब्रिड फंड, आदित्य बिड़ला सन लाइफ फोकस्ड फंड, केनरा रोबेको इमर्जिंग इक्विटीज, SBI ब्लूचिप फंड। क्या मुझे अपना पैसा इनमें निवेशित रखना चाहिए या मुझे पैसे को बेहतर फंड में लगाना चाहिए।

मैं 43 साल का पुरुष हूं, शाकाहारी हूं। मेरा फलों का सेवन अच्छा है, लेकिन मेरे कई दोस्त इन दिनों मल्टीविटामिन की गोलियां ले रहे हैं। मेरा प्रश्न यह है कि क्या दैनिक आधार पर मल्टीविटामिन टैब लेना ठीक है। कोई भी दुष्प्रभाव जिसके बारे में मुझे अवगत होना चाहिए

Ans: उम्र बढ़ने के साथ विटामिन और खनिजों को प्राकृतिक रूप में लेना बेहतर होता है। क्योंकि पूरक के सिंथेटिक रूपों में जैव उपलब्धता कम होती है और सिस्टम में अच्छी तरह से अवशोषित नहीं हो पाता है। यदि खाद्य स्रोत उपलब्ध नहीं हैं या कोई भोजन का लाभ नहीं उठा सकता है तो हम एक पूरक के बारे में सोच सकते हैं। फिर भी पूरक प्राकृतिक स्रोत से होना चाहिए
