my mother is 79 years old, shes on anti depressants & sleeping pill since last 20 years, her BP is in the range of 160-190/85-95, pulse around 45-55 almost all the time. She takes several medicines as prescribed by a good MD doctor for the same but it is not in coming down. her vitals & other reports are almost in normal range. could you please guide?

Ans: What medicines is she taking ? Is she limiting her intake of salt. ? The pulse could be low because of the anti hypertensive drugs that she is taking. I will not be able to guide unless I know what medication she is already on and get to see the results of investigation.

Hi My Mother is 58 Years old and she is a BP patient and her BP is 150 + upper side and 80+ is lowest side and she is regularly taking BP medicine but BP always as above mentioned please suggest what can i do for better?

Ans: ensure that BP is measured correctly and rule out white coat hypertension using ABPM. if BP is still high despite proper intake of medicines already taking, then medications need to be increased

My mother is 93. Her BP is hovering around 170/90, though she is on BP medications like metaprolal 25 and telma-40. Any suggestions please.

Ans: Hi. You can increase the dose of Metoprolol to two times. But it is better to consult a physician to assess your heart rate before increasing the dose of any medication.

Dr Saheb My Mother is 80, with grace of god her all organs are working satisfactory. Her kidneys are working satisfactory but displaced, this was noticed 25 years ago in scanning. From many years she had issue of loose motions, in a day generally she go three to four times. recently her BP is also increased and her upper reading ranges between 138 to 160 and lower one from 75 to 82. We had started giving 5mg tablet in night after consulting medicine doctor Kindly guide

Ans: ors is not a BP medication. 126/67 is a good BP which doesnt need any further treatment if it is measured correctly

He is finding it difficult to pursue/memorise the theoretical aspects, including hard-core s/w coding part. He is very good in creative design/ graphics, origamy and software utilisation related aspects. Also, he is very good in minute instrument related design handling. May I request to kindly suggest any innovative new PG Diploma/course in computer/design/Graphic/management related fields where the focus of suggested course(s) is more on implementation of software rather than hard coding/memorisation of it. Hi I did B.Com in 2012 and then completed MBA (specialisation in Finance) in 2014. Thereafter I joined Genpact as Process Associate and was part of it till 2022. Then, I switched to HCL and still continuing in it as Process Developer and my CTC is aroind 4.5L. I need your esteem advise to enhance my capabilities and sharpen my skills to grow further in this field, ultimately, getting better CTC. Please guide me. Thanks

Ans: Hi,
Since you are in process development, I'm not very sure whether you do the process mapping or even the coding. In case you are doing only process mapping then MBA is the right degree, but in case you are into development then you need to do further courses in latest technologies.
