My GTI around 7 lakh and I have two investment saving policy like PLI and LIC Paying premium for both policy around 72k for pli and 40k for lic which regime should i opt new or old to avail maximum tax benefit kindly guide me

For retired person , which is better new tax regime or old. Mainly income from investments viz, mutual fund Capital gain, FD interest, EPF pension.

Am a GOI servant having 1.14l per month as gross income. net after deductions comes to 75k. I have PLI, LIC, HDFC sanchay plus, PPF as IT savings every year along with covered under NPS. Which tax regime is better option for me New or Old

My savings and investments are: 80C : LIC - 69,670/-; 80C : Principal Repayment of Home Loan - 2,62,344/-; 80C : Public Provident Fund- 60,000/-; 80CCD-1B : Additional contribution to NPS (Atal Pension Yojana) - 9024/-; 80TTA : Interest on Saving Account - 10,000/-; 80D : Medical Insurance - Self and Family- 2356/-; Interest on home loan(Self occupied) - 2,00,000/- I also have 2 policies ICICI Prulife IProtect Smart - 8537/- yearly ICICI Pru Life Time classic - 50,000/- yearly I need your suggestion, could you please help me whether the Old Tax regime suits me or the new Tax Regime, so that I can plan accordingly.

As of now I have opt for Old tax regime.. With my income of 11.89 LPA , can you please suggest which regime is good ,, Old or the new .. Also guide on tax saving components for the respective option
