Hello Iam 64 been diagnosed with left ventricular hypertrophy of the heart Being treated with Tazloc 40 mg morning and tazloc 20 mg evening Have diabetes Take amaryl 1 mg once a day before food And trajenta duo 2.5 mg +500mg Have right atrial enlargement and right branch bundle block on ECG How serious is my condition please? Doctor , I am 54 years old , 86 Kgs and 6 feet 1 inch tall, pure vegetarian, in 2017 I was diagnosed with high BP it was monitored by a MD physician in Mumbai and I was started with telma 40 1 tab daily in 2020 my BP shot up against inspite of daily mediation all tests including cardiac were perfect , medicine was changed and I was given olmesartan 40 along with 5 mg , S numlo 5 mg my BP is around 130/80 sometimes 130/90 , is this combination fine or should I reduce the dosage , doctor says let the dosage be the same continue in same way walk 20 min a day and maintain minimum salt intake, also since 2017 we started using sendha namak instead of regular iodised salt , daily morning 1 a to z , every month d3 60 k and twice a week b12 meganeuron of plus please advice if all this fine or need to change/add anything at present everything is good

Undergone random blood test dated 23rd Sep and below are the the abnormal values: Alanine Transaminase(ALT/SGPT) - LDH, UV kinetic - 108 Gamma-Glutamyl Transferase (GGT) - 99 Triglycerides GPO-POD - 187 HDL Cholesterol Direct - 33 Non-HDL Cholesterol Calculated -150 LDL Cholesterol Calculated -113 VLDL Cholesterol Calculated - 37 Platelet count DC Impedance method -139 Any major concern on these abnormal values . also, any suggestions for heart issues on this result. However, i ve reduced the Triglycerides from >than 300 to 187 within a month through dieting and exercise. Vit B12 - 485 and Vit D - 51.6 , blood glucose - 93 results are ok. sometimes, i am having left side chest pain also my ECG report found in order . Kindly suggests
