Hello Doctor, My daughter is 17 years old. For the last 1 month she was suffering from a regular pain in her left waist area. We showed it to the local doctor, and then got some tests done as well. Few minor kidney stones were found in the USG examination report. The doctor recommended some medicines to us. It's been 15 days since eating this and its finished. The pain is not regular now but it happens in between. What do you recommend in this position now? Is there any good medicine by which the stone can come out after melting quickly. Plz suggest.

Ans: I suggest to do ct scan and meet a doctor so that you find out if some stone is obstructing in urinary tract as minor small stones do not cause pain. Small stones less than 5 mm usually pass on through urine.. ensure she drinks plenty of fluids.

Ans: If stone has already gone and if there is no residual stone, the symptoms what you are mentioning is not stone related. It looks like gastritis induced. Can consult a local physician and take tablets for 10 days. It should settle down.

Ans: Gall stones are formed out of her Constituitional imbalance
So look at dissolving the stone with life style modification and balancing her constituition
Like Avoid fatty mealsFriedfood
Have early dinner by 5.30/6 pm
No Animal protein in the dinner meal
