I am working as a Salesforce Admin in a MNC Company but I want to switch to Salesforce Developer in another company. I am not getting how to prepare.

I can understand your situation it's not easy. At this point I would only suggest keep trying with as many companies as possible. There is no easy solution.

Suggest you list down your achievements in each of the companies that you have worked so far. Your achievements should be in terms of revenue contribution, team building, process set up. Also highlight how the contacts that you have built over the last few years can help the company close sales.

Ans: Everything is possible. But you need to know the demand of the market. So go for a certification course of AI and Machine Learning. It will be a 6 months course and before going for that for two months view different videos about the subject in YOU TUBE and prepare notes. Your age is in higher side, but it is just a number. Be self-motivated. No one will motivate you, but I am always there to listen to you.
