*Subject: MIT Manipal vs Thapar vs LNMIIT for CSE – Worth the fees? Real placement & exposure check for 2026* Hi Gurus, I’m confused between MIT Manipal, Thapar Institute, and LNMIIT forB.Tech CSE. Looking for honest advice from seniors/alumni/experts. 1. *ROI*: All 3 have high fees 30L+. Is the brand name + placements actually worth spending this much in 2026 job market? 2. *Placements*: What’s the _real_ on-ground scene for CSE? Avg/median package, % placed in core tech roles, top recruiters. Not the official brochure stats. 3. *Exposure*: Internships, coding culture, hackathons, research, FAANG/big tech visits — which college gives better opportunities? 4. *Recession impact*: For 2026 batch, are companies still hiring aggressively from these campuses or is it mostly mass recruiters? 5. *Peer group*: Quality of students — does it push you to grow? If you were in my place today, which would you pick and why? Please share any hidd pros/cons I should know. Thanks

Ans: For a very long and complicated question, here is a short/concise reply from our side.

(1) Choose LNMIIT if your top priority is coding culture + ROI + placements.
(2) Choose Thapar if you want the safest overall balance of academics, brand, and opportunities.
(3) Choose MIT Manipal if you value exposure, flexibility, and holistic growth more than pure placement optimization.
(4) LNMIIT > Thapar > MIT Manipal

Good luck.

Career
Sir, I am getting mit wpu cse or bharti vidyapeeth women's college ai ml branch and cse branch. Which one is better? Mit wpu is costing me 4 lakhs per annum whereas Bharati is costing me 1 lakh per annum. Mit has not revealed any data about its placements on its website, so it is hard for me to compare the placement statistics. Many people that I ask have mixed opinions. Can you please help?
Ans: MIT World Peace University (MIT-WPU) CSE is a well-known private program, offering modern infrastructure with over 350 digital classrooms, advanced computing labs, innovative research centers, dedicated hostels, and active sports and student clubs. Its curriculum in Computer Science and specialized branches emphasizes hands-on projects, AI, cloud, and cutting-edge technology, with internship and industry exposure supported by 3,500 recruiters. Placement reports indicate an 80–90% rate for CSE, with a high for select graduates but generally averaging strong but not exceptional results for the broader student cohort; faculty are qualified but student reviews highlight variability in teaching and the need for more practical learning, with beauty and campus life often praised. Bharti Vidyapeeth Women’s College (Pune), with government recognition and NAAC A++ parent university, delivers BTech CSE and AI&ML branches with solid values, experienced faculty, up-to-date labs, and a reputation for a safe, supportive environment—especially for women. Its campus includes modern classrooms, high-speed internet, AI–ML specific labs, ample library resources, and secure in-campus hostels. Student reviews consistently describe a friendly, professionally supportive atmosphere with growing industry exposure; recent reviews cite 75–85% placement rates in core branches and effective professional preparation, though at a lower total fee. Both institutes follow robust curricula, are AICTE approved, and enable practical exposure and entrepreneurship, though MIT-WPU edges ahead in infrastructure, student activity, and industry links, while Bharti Vidyapeeth is known for its value for money, direct support for women, and personal attention.

Recommendation: If cost is a significant factor and you value a focused learning environment for women, Bharti Vidyapeeth Women’s College for CSE or AI&ML is an excellent, affordable choice with strong placement outcomes and direct support. If you seek wider industry ties, modern campus life, and broader brand value—and can afford the higher fee—MIT-WPU CSE stands out, provided you are ready for a larger, competitive private campus and self-driven career planning. Both are credible, but Bharti Vidyapeeth offers greater value and personalized support, while MIT-WPU provides better infrastructure and a broader industry network. All the BEST for a Prosperous Future!
