Sir my son is studying in Amrita CBE - doing his Btech in Electrical and computer engineering. For his higher studies which course will be helpful and where. Please guide us.

Ans: (1) It is advisable to work for 2-3 years after his BTech.
(2) Then think about his Maters in India or Abroad, based on his interest, job market trends & your economic condition.
(3) Or if he still wishes to pursue a Masters (in CSE or CSE with specialization and even Electrical), he should prepare well for the GATE exam to get admission into any top colleges/institutes like IIT.
(4) If he wishes to pursue his Masters abroad, he should (a) perform well academically in his BTech now with a decent CGPA (b) Involve in Co/Extra-curricular activities (c) Upgrade his skills with certifications (d) prepare well for Entrance Exams like IELTS/TOEFL/PTE etc.
(5) Getting admission into QS World Ranked Universities abroad needs holistic skills, good SOP (Statement of Purpose) & LOR (Letter of Recommendation) from his College Faculties.
(6) Researching about abroad Universities / Colleges, and shortlisting the countries/universities/colleges/streams, based on several factors, will help him, plan for abroad education.
(7) Even if your son approaches an Abroad Education Consultancy Firm, it is advisable to do a lot of groundwork of research about Abroad Education in advance.

All the BEST for Your Son's Bright Future.
