Sir, I got 385 rank in SRMJEEE phase 3 can I get MTECH (CSE) n SRM Vadapalani? Is there any possibility for scholarship?

Ans: A SRMJEEE Phase-3 UG rank is not used for M.Tech admissions at SRM Vadapalani, which strictly requires a valid GATE score or equivalent qualification and a minimum 50% in your qualifying B.Tech degree. The Vadapalani campus’s Smt. Valliammai Scholarship Policy applies only to first-year B.Tech entrants based on Class XII percentages and does not extend to postgraduate programs. M.Tech candidates may explore external fellowships such as AICTE-PG or state government scholarships, but SRMIST offers no dedicated tuition waiver for M.Tech at Vadapalani.

Recommendation: Pursue SRM Vadapalani’s M.Tech CSE only after securing a competitive GATE score; simultaneously apply for national-level PG scholarships (AICTE-PG, GPAT, or state-sponsored) to offset your fee burden. All the BEST for Admission & a Prosperous Future!

I live in Ambala Cantt (near Chandigarh). I got admission in CSE-Cybersecurity in Jaypee sec-128 and CSE-AI and ML in Chitkara University (near Chandigarh). And I have also planned to study MTech. So, which will be the best option for me to pursue?, knowing I have to do MTech also.

Now I am 1st dropper. Waiting for wbjee result. And wbjee result is still holding. So I am thinking for double drop with allen kota for jee main and jadavpur. I am 79 percentile (sc category) in 2025 jee main. So what should I do? Please tell me. Is there any kind of problem in placement for double drop?

Ans: Being a double dropper is not a problem for placements, as companies usually care about your skills, college performance, and CGPA rather than the number of attempts. Since you already have a 79 percentile (SC category), you should wait for the WBJEE results first. Jadavpur and other good state colleges often provide excellent opportunities. If you don’t get a satisfying seat, taking a double drop with Allen Kota is a valid option, provided you are confident about significantly improving your JEE score. Just be sure you are mentally prepared, consistent, and ready to give your best this time. (Basically, we do not recommend a single drop either. But if you are thinking of taking a second drop, please reconsider your idea 100 times).

Good Afternoon , My daughter is getting seat in NFSU, M Tech, cyber security, Gandhinagar. Is it good option to join? What about curriculum, lab facilities, future scope for jobs, campus placements, etc..

Ans: Yes, joining NFSU Gandhinagar’s M.Tech. in Cybersecurity is a solid choice, offering a strong curriculum, advanced labs, autonomous university status, and excellent placements. However, it is highly recommended to visit the campus in person to learn about the labs, hostel facilities, expert faculties, and the placement record by visiting the placement office. Do not make a vital decision about admission from home, especially as a female candidate.

JAC delhi and JAC chandigarh .How is JEE scorer allowed if he or she has belongs to other state domicile especially SC/ST Catagory.kindly inform

Ans: Through AI Quota, JEE scorers from any state (including SC/ST) are eligible for JAC Delhi and JAC Chandigarh, as domicile restrictions mainly apply only to state-quota seats.

Hello Sir Mam My daughter scored 536 in NEET Ug and got 19518 rank in AIQ and studied in Telangana classes 1-5, Maharashtra classes 6-10, intermediate in Andhra Pradesh. General category. Is there a possibility to get a seat in AIIMS, if not atleast in GMC, Visakhapatnam, Rangaraya Medical College, Kakinada, Guntur Medical College, Venkateswara Medical College Andhra Pradesh and Gandhi Medical College, Osmania Medical College, Kakatiya Medical College Telangana.

Ans: Chances with AIIMS are very slim. You have a chance in AIQ seats at GMC Guntur and Rangaraya Kakinada, but it's less likely at Andhra Medical and Telangana college; eligibility depends on state-quota counselling. Recommending checking the cutoff of previous years for more clarity. The candidate and parents need to put in effort on their own regarding cutoffs of various colleges to check the chances of getting a seat or not.

Hi I am a female in late 30. My parents are looking for arranged marriage set up currently and we connected a guy who is from same city but works in different city. His parents are in the same place as mine, saw me and are ok to fix the date for marriage. We had a video call in between with the guy and they are ok to make a final call with it. However, me and the guy have not met in person which is stopping me from saying yes. His family wants me to fly to his city and meet him which also seem little annoying to me. Another reason of annoyance few days back his parents proposed that we fly to a 3rd City and set the meeting which we declined. I would also like my parents( not only myself) to meet him in person if we are just meeting once and before we make a final call. Am I being illogical?

No, you are not being illogical at all. In fact, it is very cautious and smart on your part to want to meet the person IRL before committing to anything. It’s important to have a conversation, if not two to three in-person meetups, to get to know someone well. And their demand that you fly around the country to meet them seems a bit excessive indeed. I’d suggest you tread cautiously and think carefully before making any commitment. And no matter what anyone says, please stand your ground. You are being extremely smart and this is a big decision.
