I am a practising advocate since 25 years at bangalore now my profession is not good need suggestions

Ans: I understand your advocacy of 25 year's is not as good as before.

My suggestion with your current experience and education, you can either look for a practice, in an established law firm.
Option 2 look for a Corporate Job, which needs legal awareness.

Design a good resume not more than 2 page's and go to company websites where they need your skill set.. Go ahead and apply for the job's.

I am working in a software MNC for 10+ years. My company has been laying off people last couple of years as cost cutting measure. Now Management is putting undue pressure on me to resign to avoid paying severance. They are trying to implicate me in false PIP if I don't resign myself. What should I do?

Ans: Dismissal could be temporary, while termination is permanent.

Both can be on account of misconduct
