Post mid career and looking at steps to nowhere ! Hello. I am an IT professional having had all my time in hands-on-Tech roles. But I have come to realize that without getting into management the money does not grow. Having hands-on-tech role does not mean no responsibility, there are technical decisions to be made which impacts cash and budgets, but usually it is not visible to top management directly. I am also 52 yrs old. Not seeing any great growth in current company / role and slightly not updated to current tech. Lost and need advise and help on what can be done. Since I am doing good currently, also my salary expectations are high ( 7 digits ), but that is fair in current market. Every company looking to hire at this range looks for management roles and less of actually technical capabilities.. Starting a business sounds too risky at this stage. Any advise? Is it Ok to Continue relationship with this girl ? is the Age Gap Too Much to Handle. Should i withdraw from the relationship at the earlier stage itself rather than getting into it and later break up?

we have 3 yrs of relationship and in that frm 2 yrs we are in long distance we have great bondings ,no issue on that but the major issue taht we have no future becos he belongs to bhramin family his family is very strict not accept intercaste marriage and also they dont want him to move out of house . right now he is pursuing mbbs and i am pursuing computer science . i live in bangalore as u know its tech hub and best place for me for career but he will make future in gujarat he is telling me to come over there after marriage still we have lot time to think but he dont want to hang me in middle of the situation as he is not able to promise me that he will make it work 100% . He now every time telling me ki if u come to gujarat then only it will work and convince his family and some time he tells me that even if u come their might be my parents not fully accept u and tell u something rudely and all stuffs as i belong to general and may be u will regret for ur career also . what should i do should i compromise my career and do remote job or stay in some small company just for him or otherwise leave him? even i have great fear of not getting any soulmate after this becos as my experiences my elder sisters and brothers are still dint get their perfect partners its hard to get married to unknown i know i am overthinking at this stage but am confuse. i also dont have much frnd to talk about my prsnl problems .its been 2 yrs i have been through my personal loss and family problems also some times i am in pain getting sucidal thoughts its not for the relationships .Please help me with this .

Hi sir/madam, My son completed his b.tech in a national institute and directly placed a engineer job in public sector in one of navaratnas oil company.but he is not satisfied with the work.so he wants to jump to corporate job.he is applying too for job.but they are not calling. ..he has 2 moods.one is to do MBA.and the other one is to get in IT companies. What to do..iam really confused to advise him.is it worth to leave his current job? please let me know wt choise he should take? thank you so much in advance.

My daughter is doing her BSc Honours in Physics from Delhi University. She is an ace student but due to sickness, she got backlogs in 3 subjects in 5th semester. Shes devastated and gone into depression as this is the first time ever she's has got F grade in her academic life. Will she get admission in Msc Physics? In India or abroad?? Recently DU has sent letters to her college stating that there could be 80% chance of 4th year added for BSc Honours. Will this help. Also, will her whole 1 year waste as if the 4th year extension is not added then she will hv to give exam on coming December to clear the backlogs wid juniors. Will all this affect her admission in pg? Will she get admission in abroad universities??

Hello sir. I m final year bcom student and my field is accounts and finance. After 3 to 4 month my bcom graduation will get over and i am planning to do MBA in finance. So i am planning to get admit in good mba college by writing pgcet exam. If i dint get good rank in pgcet then i wont join mba rather i will do job and gain experience of one year and then rewrite pgcet exam for good rank. So currently i am confused should i Focus on my pgcet prepration or should i focus on skills and courses like powerbi, advance excel, analysis etc.

Sir i have done my engineering from tier 3 college and iam average in my academic also . But i have keen interest in management and want to dive into it . I am confused about appearing in Cat exam or not .
