I recently passed out by scoring 94.6% in 12th Boards and i applied to Christ University central campus for bcom(finance and investment) even tho after a good interview and a decent entrance test i got waitlisted till June 4th do I stand a chance? (this was the last round for central) just as a backup i applied to yeshwantpur campus for the same course even tho the interview was good and entrance went well I again got waitlisted which made me so demotivated do I even stand a chance what's even gonna happen in a week's time?i just hate this waiting period will i even get in? (preference-central campus)

Ans: With 94.6% in Class 12 and strong interview/entrance performance, your chances for B.Com (Finance & Investment) at Christ University’s Central Campus are limited but possible if seats open from withdrawals (historically 5–10% waitlist conversion). The Yeshwanthpur Campus offers better waitlist odds (15–20%), though updates may delay until late June. Monitor the portal daily for last-minute vacancies and proactively contact admissions to reaffirm interest. However, relying solely on Christ is risky—explore backups like St. Joseph’s, Mount Carmel, Jain University, or NMIMS, which offer similar programs with June/July application deadlines. Diversifying options ensures security amid uncertainty while awaiting Christ’s final decision. Stay persistent but pragmatic—prepare alternate plans to avoid gaps in admission timelines. All the BEST for your Admission & Prosperous Future!
