Ans: Admission to some lower- or mid-tier IPU-affiliated colleges is possible, especially in non-top branches or in later/spot rounds, but admission to top IPU colleges/branches will be difficult. Ans: Chances in CSE/ECE at PEC Chandigarh seem very challenging (almost dim). VLSI Design is realistic and a good branch with a solid future scope in semiconductors/electronics. Worth considering if she is comfortable with an electronics-oriented curriculum.
