Dear sir, My name is Manjunath aged 50, we are basically from Karnataka but now working and settled in Gujarat last 20 years, I have 2 kids studying class 6 and class1, Our caste is OBC, I need to take an advantage of OBC caste for my son future studies, but the problem is in Karnataka taluk office they are not issuing caste certificate because they are saying we need to stay present then only certificate will issue, but in Gujarat we don't know we can get certificate or not because the perticular caste not exists in Gujarat state. Please help me how to get OBC certificate from which state and the process Regards Manjunath

You need to have an OBC-NCL certificate to get benefits. Only OBC caste certificate will not work.

Ans: NEET generally requires a central government caste certificate, which should specify whether it is for NCL (Non-Creamy Layer) or Creamy Layer. It is advisable to apply for and obtain this certificate.

1. Switch off or put your phone on airplane mode & lock it in some place not close to you
2. Check phone only during your planned breaks
3. You can even look at doing something drastic, as blocking yourself from social media sites/deleting such apps till you clear exam milestones etc.

Interview anxiety is not uncommon & most face that.
Do practice/mock interviews with professionals (there are lot of them nowadays).
The only way to gain confidence is to PRACTICE.
Also do bit of introspection in terms of what gets you anxiety - subject knowledge/communication skills/public speaking?
Once you identify, put focused effort to improve that particular area.

You have mentioned 'extremely toxic' hence it becomes imperative for you to move out at the earliest.
Ideally it is good to have something in hand but if it is taking longer than taking a break for focused effort towards alternative options is not a bad idea.
But do that with proper planning in terms of direction you wish to take, finances etc. & you will for sure find something meaningful.
Continue to deal with real bad work environment is certainly not advisable.
