Hi, my mom will be 46 yrs old. She was married at 21 and from then the family didn't support her to pursue her professional goals as she wanted to be a teacher. She completed her B.Com and B.Ed with the zeal to enhance in her career. She had attempted many many govt exams but didn't get it. Only because of lack of emotional support from the family. She always wanted to earn money on her own, gain financial independence but it near to impossible for her because of family responsibilities. Now if she wanted to pursue her dreams , every school is asking for minimum 3 yrs experience. She's suffering a lot in her mind. I don't know how to help her but support her. Please can you tell me about any opportunities even remote earning opportunities to help her. PLEASE...

Dear Sir My daughter-Age 23, has just completed her MCOM (Advanced Accountancy) with A+ Grades in Apr23, she was also pursuing Cost Accountancy (CMA) but suddenly stopped from Dec'21. She has given SET (Maharashtra) Exams for College Teachers eligibility and is also searching for a job in Finance but not getting any. However I as Father am worried that without professional qualifications what kind of career will she have. I am urging her to atleast do MBA-Finance/ CIMA/ CFA or a course in Data Analytics (she is good in Maths). Dont know how to guide/ motivate her into getting better qualified. Kindly advise. Hi, Im 43 years old, female. I worked as a teacher for 9 years, then served as coordinator. I hsve 15 years of experience now. Of lately, my health is not supporting, as Im diagnosed with slip disc. Im not able to stand continuously for 5 minutes. Hence teaching is not possible. I applied in many online scools ans online tutoring portals, but did not get shortlisted. Could you please assist: should I go for career change or any online jobs. I was drawing 65k per month. Since Im a sole bread winner of my family, I require this amount of salary to run my family.

both career have their perks. After B.Sc nursing, you can go abroad where it is very high demand and rewarding. In Europe you can earn above 2L after experience of 1-2 years in India.
After BAMS you will be a doctor & can practice allopathy after a bridge course. Also, you can work as a resident doctor in hospitals.

If you have a budget of around 20-25L for the complete course I can help you with admissions for MBBS abroad. Since NEXT exam has become compulsory for Indian as well as foreign graduates. It is also a great option.

In my view, flexicap type mutual fund is the best fund to invest for a 7 yr+ horizon.

This may change based on risk appetite and financial profile apart investment horizon.

Any fund from the top quartile that has proven its ability to provide better risk adjusted returns over long-term may be apt.

as per jee main brochure, there is no age limit for candidates applying for the Joint Entrance Exam (JEE Main). However, Candidates are required to pass the class 12 or equivalent exam in 2023, 2024 or 2025.

Since everything is getting digitalized your details will be stored online in ABC, then I feel it may create a problem.

Dear Mr Milind, I am a 43 year old single guy with no kids. I am looking to retire within next 2 to 3 years. I own a home in a metro city and i do not have any outstanding loans. My current retirement portfolio include 2 crore Mutual Funds (75% Equity and 25% Debt). I have 50 Lakhs in Pf and Gratuity. I also have a plot worth 30 Lakhs which i am not considering for retirement fund. I will have a total retirement portfolio of 3 Cr in next 2 years. My monthly expenses is 50k. Am i in comfortable financial position to retire by 2027? Please Advise

Ans: Hello;

After you accumulate a corpus of 3 Cr, you may 20/10 L in a mix of liquid funds and flexi FDs as your emergency fund.

If you invest the balance 2.8/2.9 Cr in a equity savings type mutual fund with low to moderate risk rating and do an SWP at 3%, you may expect a post tax monthly income of 60 K+.

This will grow with inflation as the fund provides returns and thus provide inflation indexed income.

Consider investing in NPS regularly every month the proceeds of which may be used to boost your retirement income at 60.

Do take good health care insurance.

It is better to save ~ 50% of your income towards this goal and get balance amount through loan rather then investing in market linked instruments, returns from which may be quite volatile in the short term.

Do you have an open marriage? Is your wife aware of your wishes and supports them? If that's the case, you have your own arrangement and I don't see how what you do is anyone else's business. But if that's not the case and you are planning on doing all of this behind your partner's back, and you are asking for some kind of reassurance from me that it is okay to cheat, I can't give you any.
