Mam how to solve physics and chemistry numerical questions

Ans: Zubiya,
Chemistry is mostly fact & concept based, I would suggest getting your basics cleared with your teachers it will help you. The same goes with physics but there are more calculations involved. Be careful while dealing with calculations in problems.

Discuss your mistakes with your teachers, don't directly ask them for solutions or answers. Tell them your approach to the problem & they can guide you where you went wrong.

All the best.

Good evening ma'am Ma'am actually im facing prblm with physics and chem Im not able to study these subjects easily coz the numericals are very hard to understand instead biology thats going well and good but not these two subjects...and ma'am only 1 monthe is left for exam...can u suggest me wgat to do..??
Ans: First of all, you need to set up a study plan. Make sure it is realistic and achievable. Divide the topics in physics and chemistry into manageable chunks that you can go through one by one. Create a timeline and set daily, weekly, and monthly goals that you can work towards and that way you will feel a great sense of accomplishment and motivation when you complete them.

Next, start by having a comprehensive overview of the topics in physics and chemistry. Get a clear understanding of what is needed and use this to create a list of topics that need to be learned and studied in detail. Make sure you set aside time every day to revise, practice and make notes as this will help you to retain the information you are learning.

It's also essential that you practice as much as possible. This means solving previous years' question papers, mock tests, and practice online tests. Doing so will help you to understand your strengths and weaknesses so that you can focus on improving your weaker areas. It'll also give you an indication of how well you are progressing towards your goal.

Finally, try to get feedback from expert tutors who can guide you through your studies. They will also be able to identify any weak areas where you may need extra attention in order to get the best results.

Kindly give your valuable suggestions & changes to be made.
Ans: It's impressive to see your dedication to SIP investing over the past five years, especially at your age. Your portfolio showcases a blend of funds across various sectors and market caps, reflecting a diversified approach to wealth creation.

However, let's examine your current allocations. Are you comfortable with the level of risk in your portfolio? Given your age and income, it's essential to ensure that your investments align with your risk tolerance and financial goals.

Consider consolidating your holdings to streamline your portfolio. Are there any overlapping funds or sectors? Simplifying your investments can make it easier to track and manage them effectively.

Furthermore, assess the performance of each fund regularly. Are there any underperformers or funds that no longer fit your investment thesis? Just as a gardener prunes branches to encourage growth, trimming your portfolio may enhance its overall health and performance.

Lastly, stay informed about market trends and economic developments. Are there any emerging sectors or themes that warrant attention? Adapting your portfolio to capitalize on opportunities can potentially boost returns over the long term.

In summary, while your current portfolio displays a commendable commitment to wealth creation, periodic review and adjustments are crucial for optimizing performance and aligning with your financial objectives. I am 33 with in hand monthly income 1.25L with 10 years experience, thinking to proceed with a under construction flat worth 1.2Cr. I have 20L in savings (excl. EPF, PPF, NPS) to pay for initial payment for remaining 1CR is it advisable to go for a loan (I have no other EMIs)? Banks are ready to give 1CR with around 75K EMI after full disbursement.
Ans: Considering your age, income, and savings, purchasing an under-construction flat worth 1.2 Cr seems like a significant decision. With 10 years of experience under your belt, you've likely learned the value of thoughtful planning. While your savings are substantial, they might not fully cover the initial payment. So, is taking a loan a wise move?

Firstly, let's applaud your disciplined savings approach. It's commendable to have set aside such a substantial amount. However, ponder this: does dipping into your savings entirely align with your long-term financial goals? A Certified Financial Planner could provide invaluable insights tailored to your situation.

Furthermore, consider the loan's impact on your monthly cash flow. Will the EMI strain your budget or allow for comfortable living? Remember, financial decisions shouldn't just meet immediate needs but also support your future aspirations.

Lastly, real estate, though tempting, isn't the sole investment avenue. Explore diversified options aligned with your risk appetite and objectives.

In essence, while a loan might offer convenience, it's essential to weigh all factors diligently. After all, financial decisions are not just about numbers; they shape our journey towards financial freedom and security.

Which is the best health insurance policy in india? Self -39yrs, Spouse -38yrs,Son-13yrs, son-7yrs. I have thyroid.
Ans: I can guide you towards finding the best plan for your family based on your needs and medical history (thyroid). Here are some key factors to consider:

Family Needs:

Age: Consider your family's age and potential health risks associated with each age group.
Medical History: Disclose your thyroid condition to ensure the plan covers pre-existing conditions or offers add-on riders for specific illnesses.
Coverage Requirements: Think about the type of hospital you prefer (network vs. non-network), room type (single, double), and preferred treatments (Ayurvedic, homeopathy).
Policy Features:

Sum Insured: Choose a sufficient sum insured to cover hospitalization costs for everyone in your family. Consider factors like city tier (medical costs are higher in metros) and inflation.
Coverage Type: Consider a comprehensive plan that covers hospitalization expenses, pre and post-hospitalization costs, ambulance charges, and day care procedures.
Network Hospitals: Opt for a plan with a wide network of hospitals in your city to ensure easy access to quality healthcare.
Co-pay/Deductible: A co-pay or deductible involves sharing a portion of the hospitalization cost. This lowers premiums but increases your out-of-pocket expense.
Exclusions: Carefully review policy exclusions to understand what treatments or conditions are not covered.
Here's a roadmap to finding the best policy:

Compare Online: Use online insurance comparison platforms to get quotes from different insurers.
Shortlist Based on Needs: Shortlist plans that meet your family's coverage requirements and budget.
Read Policy Wording: Carefully read the policy wording (wording can differ between insurers) to understand inclusions, exclusions, claim settlement process, and renewal terms.
Customer Service Reviews: Research customer reviews to get an idea about claim settlement experiences with different insurers.
Agent vs. Direct Purchase: You can buy directly from the insurer's website or consult an insurance agent who can guide you through the process and recommend plans based on your needs.
Here are some additional tips:

Pre-existing Conditions: Disclose your thyroid condition clearly during the application process.
Some plans might have a waiting period for pre-existing conditions before coverage applies.
Some might offer coverage with exclusions or higher premiums.
Renewability: Choose a plan with guaranteed lifetime renewability to ensure coverage throughout your life.
Claim Settlement Ratio: Consider the insurer's claim settlement ratio to understand their record of settling claims efficiently.
Remember: The best health insurance policy is the one that caters to your specific needs and offers comprehensive coverage at an affordable premium.
