Preference order: (1) Sricity (2) Bhopal (3) Pune. Choose either Sricity or Bhopal, whichever is nearer to your hometown. Avoid Pune as far as possible. The final choice will be yours.

My son speaks very slowly and less , don't mix with people he is 18 years old earlier he was not like that but from last 3-4 years he started speaking very less especially at home but talk with 2-3 close friends and younger brother.what should we do to help him to open up him so that he manage his college life (persuing b.tech.just get admission)

This is actually quite common in adolescence, and there isn’t just one reason.

A teen who used to talk a lot may become quieter over time because of changes in their emotional, social, and cognitive development:

* They become more self-aware. As teens grow, they often start thinking more about how others perceive them. This can make them more cautious about what they say.
* They’re processing more internally. Younger children often think out loud. Older teens may spend more time reflecting internally instead of verbalizing everything.
* Social experiences affect confidence. Criticism, embarrassment, bullying, rejection, or feeling misunderstood can lead someone to speak less.
* Friendships and family dynamics change. Teens may withdraw from parents while becoming more selective about who they talk to.
* Stress and responsibilities increase. School pressure, exams, future planning, and personal challenges can leave less mental energy for casual conversation.
* Their personality may be settling. Sometimes a talkative child wasn’t necessarily an extrovert; they were simply comfortable. As they mature, their natural communication style may become quieter.

Just check that the reason for this behaviour is not because of-
Anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or chronic stress!

It’s also important to distinguish between:

* A normal developmental shift: talking less, but still engaging with people and enjoying activities.
* A concerning change: becoming withdrawn, isolating themselves, losing interest in things they used to enjoy, or showing signs of distress.

Sir please guide as to what can I get with 80 marks in jee advanced in general category boys and a rank of 57323 in jee mains (96.4 percentile).I have got a rank of 163 in manipal met exam and a rank of 8304 in viteee.Also I am getting CSE at Shiv Nadar university and SRM University Chennai.I am very much keen to study CS and coding.What should I choose

Ans: If you are serious about CS and coding, the preference order may be: CSE @ Manipal > CSE @ Shiv Nadar > CSE @ VIT > CSE @ SRM. With your JEE (Mains) score, you may get some lower IIITs/GFTIs and should definitely participate in JoSAA/CSAB. With the score of advances, there is no hope of getting either a top college or a branch.

Sir, my son is getting CSE DS in VIT Vellore in category 5 and he scored 230 in Bitsat, he may get M.sc or BE mechanical in Goa or Hyderabad campus or maybe in pilani campus. Which is better in terms of study environment,campus life, placements and future prospects ? He has no specific preference for computers.

Ans: Since your son has no fixed preference for Computer Science, prefer BITS over VIT if he gets Mechanical at Goa/Hyderabad or an M.Sc. program with a realistic chance of a dual-degree upgrade. (slight risk). The final choice will be yours.

My son based in hyderabad, got 2000 rank in Telangana EAPCET, 202 marks in BITSAT, 10183 rank in comed K, 986 marks in 12th, 2448 rank in Amrita and JEE 92.6 percentile he wants cse groups and ECE. He got cse at VIT vellore in category 4. He has to stay in hostel even if at hyderabad. His first option is bitsat but not sure to get. Suggest me other good options

Ans: Keep BITS counselling open till the last round, but if no good circuit branch comes, choose VIT Vellore CSE unless your son gets CSE in CBIT or VNR through Telangana counselling. The preference order may be: BITS (Circuital) > CBIT/VNR CSE ≈ VIT Vellore CSE > Amrita CSE > COMEDK options

Sir I'm currently a 2nd year dropper preparing for reneet as neet 2026 paper got leaked my score was 569 in neet 2026 Right now I've appeared for jee mains in which I got 82.34 percentile and ncet in which I got 378, iat in which I'm expecting score of 119 or 124, nest whose answer key is not out yet I think counseling for ncet will start in upcoming 2-3 days and josaa councelling for bs ms in IIT is already going on I'm confused what should I do because this year I want to join a course and get my admission done my main goal is neet but the result announcement will be late so, what should be my next move?

Ans: You have one primary goal (MBBS via NEET) and several backup options (IAT, NEST, NCET, JEE-based options). Because NEET 2026 was cancelled and a re-exam is scheduled for June 21, the medical route remains viable. Continue with NCET/IAT/NEST counselling as backups, but devote the next two weeks primarily to Re-NEET preparation; make a final admission decision only after your Re-NEET result is known. Reason: You already scored 569 once. A jump of even 40–60-70 marks can completely change your medical admission prospects. For the next two weeks, NEET preparation should receive most of your attention. The medical profession has more social value than any engineering stream or branch. The final choice/decision will be yours.

hello sir I have got around 89 percentile in JEE mains and I am a male category student from the general category and I am from my home status from Jharkhand sir whether I can get any government college because I want to pursue a BTech through electronics and communication in fact i can take mechanical also but more inclined towards tech i have applied in private university like mit wpu pune lnmiit jaipur also i got admission in mit wpu ece branch but i genuinely dont know wheter it is a good college with academics and at this percentile where i can get ece in other college and also can i get ece or mechanical in lnmiit and if so is lnmiit mechanical branch is better than mit wpu ece branch ?please help which would be better or should i also look for new age institution like newton scalar or upgrad school

Ans: For you, ECE @ top NITs is not possible, but some lower branches in NITs via CSAB and several state/private colleges are still realistic options. If you get LNMIIT Mechanical, take it over MIT-WPU ECE. If LNMIIT is not available, MIT-WPU ECE is a reasonable choice. Keep CSAB and Jharkhand state counselling active until the end. The final preference order may be: LNMIIT Mechanical > MIT-WPU ECE > Newton/Scaler

Sir, my son is interested to learn ECE with embeded system. He has gotten chance at VIT - AP in 2nd category and JIIT Noida also. which is better institute for studying with ECE with embedded systems and placement. But as per fee structures, JIIT is high than VIT AP.

Ans: For you, ECE @ top NITs is not possible, but some lower branches in NITs via CSAB and several state/private colleges are still realistic options. If you get LNMIIT Mechanical, take it over MIT-WPU ECE. If LNMIIT is not available, MIT-WPU ECE is a reasonable choice. Keep CSAB and Jharkhand state counselling active until the end. The final preference order may be: LNMIIT Mechanical > MIT-WPU ECE > Newton/Scaler
