Sir how is the MnC (b.tech 4 yrs) at NIT mizoram? And how is placement of this branch there? Should I take it or wait for the next round of csab? Please sir, kindly give the detailed answer .

Ans: Hi Raj,

Please share the following details with me:
- Your scores from 10th and 12th grades
- Your JEE score
- What are your plans after completing your undergraduate degree?
Asked on - Aug 15, 2025 | Answered on Aug 16, 2025
I got 87 % of marks in both 10th and 12th(CBSE )and got 96 percentile in jee main 2025 and I want to pursue career in research in mathematics and computer science as well as do job after graduation.
Ans: HI,
If you are satisfied with your current allotment, then choosing to freeze it is the best option. However, if you would like to attempt to get into a better college or branch, you can opt to float or slide (if applicable) and participate in the subsequent CSAB rounds.

REGARDING PLACEMENT:
There will be no future issues related to placements, as you will be an aspirant from an NIT. Although you are from NIT, if you are not employable, the recruiter will not hire you. That’s why I inquired about your credentials in the 10th and 12th standards. As a job seeker, if you want to position yourself well and compete with your peers instead of strangers, you need to acquire both soft and hard skills. To enhance your employability, it's important to develop both hard and soft skills as much as possible. Additionally, consider taking online or part-time courses (pg diploma or diploma) after your second year of the program. This will further increase your job prospects. This is my suggestion.

Best wishes!
