Hello sir I am a single mother from Miumbai .Have 2 kids son just passed his std 10th from ICSE board scoring 90.4% and daughter is in std 4th ..My son wants to go in for sci stream as he had opted for scii in his school. We have a choice of joining 2 very good colleges through minority Quota where the fees are very minimal which is a big relief to our financial issues but he will have to travel for almost 2 hours up n 2 hours down by bus to the railway station n then by local train to reach Churchgate iff he selects any of these colleges in Churchgate or the other option is that he can join a junior college in Borivili which is close since we are in Malad would take only about an hour and half in total to n fro by metro but studies are kind of ok in that college and fees are almost 50k for each year. Though it saves him good amount of time for him to study n relac as well .I am very confused and am confuding him as well .Please help me .

Ans: Madam, Travelling 4-hours daily by a 11th Standard Student is not at all advisable and he can't focus on studies at all after reaching home. Prefer nearby school. Also, if possible, get admission into a CBSE School. All the BEST Madam.
