Hello sir I got rank 5098 in SRMJEEE Phase 1. Due to financial issues, I may not be able to join the SRM KTR campus. However, for now, I am thinking of blocking a seat in the SRM Vadapalani campus in a lower-fee branch. To book the seat, we have to pay 10 thousand (non-refundable) for choice filling, which is today itself and pay ₹1 lakh (refundable) during counselling, which is in a week. I also saw on the SRMJEEE portal that the full fee has to be paid by the end of this month, which is before the Phase 2 exam. I am planning to appear for the Phase 2 exam as well. If I get a scholarship in Phase 2, I would like to shift to the SRM KTR campus or to a better branch in the same campus. In that case, will the amount paid during Phase 1 counselling (₹1 lakh + any remaining fee paid) be adjusted, or will I have to pay the counselling fee and full fee again during Phase 2 counselling?
