but sir i hadn't passed my class 12th in 2024 my very first passing year of class 12th is 2025 so my jee advanced valid 2 year must be 2025 and 2026 right?? i failed in 3 exams in 2024 as i pass through a critical road excident i wasnt able to write exam so 2025 should be my 1st 12th year acc to josaa kyuki ma 1st time pass hi ab hua hu sir

Ans: You appeared for 12th grade in 2024 and failed, which counts as your first attempt. No matter whether you pass or fail, the attempt is counted. Hence, you were eligible to appear for JEE (Adv) only in 2024 and 2025. As I already said, focus only on JEE (Mains) now to get admission to one of the top NITs. The final decision will be yours.

I have passed my Class 10th in the year 2022 and Class 12th in the year 2025. There is a one year gap between 10th and 12th because I have to repeat class 11th bcoz of my certain health issue. Now, I am planning to take drop and attempt jee 2026 . So plz tell am I eligible for jee advanced 2026 or not?? Accord to your video I am not eligible but I have talked so many expert and counseller but they said that I am eligible for adv 2026 ...So plz reply me sir..I have passed my Class 10th in the year 2022 and Class 12th in the year 2025. passed 12th in 2023-2024 but I could not take JEE Advanced in 2024. Can I take JEE Advanced in 2025 and 2026? And what will be my 12th passing year?

Ans: Hello Nisha
JEE Adv 2025 is over. You are not eligible to appear for JEE 2026 as you passed the 12th in 2024. By rule, a student can appear twice in two consecutive years. i.e., your chances are for 2024 and 2025. Explore more options. Success in JEE mean success in life is not the proven equation.

Sir i have a question i failed in my class 12th examination this year in one subject i mean in 2025 and will be giving re examination next year as a private candidate will my jee advanced attempts start from the next year i mean from 2026 so my jee advanced attempts will be 2026 and 27 right?

Ans: Hello Kai,
I am very sorry to say that if there is a problem passing in 12th, then it is not worth considering JEE (Advanced). To take this examination, you first have to overcome the JEE (Main) hurdle. If possible, drop the idea of JEE (Adv). Yet, you have asked, so here is the reply: You appeared for 12th in 2025. You have 2 attempts to take JEE (Adv) only in 2025 and 2026. If you take 12th grade in 2026, it will be assumed as your 2nd attempt at 12th, and you will not be eligible for JEE (Adv) in 2027. Still, download the brochures for JEE (Main) and JEE (Adv) to review all the official details for safety.
