Sir I had filled my jee mains form with general category, my exams are done and I have my ews certificate with me so how can I change my category from general to ews. Please help

Ans: Arnab, No, you can't change the category on the JEE Main form after the test is over and the window for making changes has ended. What You Can Do is, use the EWS Category when you're counseling with JoSAA or CSAB. When you register for JoSAA or CSAB, you can choose the EWS category as long as you send a valid EWS certificate. Make sure that your certificate was given after April 1, 2024, and that it is still valid according to JoSAA rules. Your JEE Main score or rank will stay the same, but if you chose the right place during counseling, it may be counted toward the EWS reservation. After JEE Advanced, when entry for JoSAA 2025 starts, pick "EWS" as your category. All the best for your admissions!
