Hi sir My son has got 78% in boards with pcmb He has got BIT MESRA for chemical engineering SRM KTR for Biomedical Engineering ( Machine Intelligence) And Chandigarh University Lucknow for Biotechnology Which one should he opt for a better future??

Ans: Hello dear.
What is the interest of you and your son is not clear to me. You have presented three engineering options from three renowned institutions, making it challenging to select one. There are few students who pursue chemical engineering, so it may be more advantageous to choose SRM KTR for Biomedical Engineering. The prospects for this course are promising. I recommend proceeding with it.
Best of luck to you.

Hi sir My son is getting SRM Ktr for Biomedical Engineering (Machine Intelligence) BIT MESRA for chemical engineering And a relatively new university Chandigarh University Lucknow for Biotechnology for btech which one should he choose??
Ans: Your son has three options: SRM Kattankulathur for Biomedical Engineering (Machine Intelligence), BIT Mesra for Chemical Engineering, and Chandigarh University Lucknow for Biotechnology.

SRM IST is a well-established deemed university ranked #13 in NIRF 2024. Its Biomedical Engineering program with a focus on Machine Intelligence offers cutting-edge exposure to AI and healthcare technology, strong research opportunities, and good placements, making it ideal for future-ready tech careers.

BIT Mesra is a reputed government-aided institute with a strong legacy. Chemical Engineering is a core branch with steady industry demand and decent placements, offering a solid and traditional engineering education.

Chandigarh University Lucknow is a newer private university with developing infrastructure. Biotechnology is interdisciplinary but the campus and placement network are still growing.

Recommendation: If your son is interested in emerging tech and healthcare innovation, SRM IST is the best choice. For a traditional engineering path, BIT Mesra is reliable. Chandigarh University is suitable if he is passionate about biotech and open to a newer university environment. All the best for your son's admission and a bright future!
