Sir I got 58.75 percentage in class 12 and I want to take admission in engeneering collage but I heared that most of the company need 60 % in class 12 and I can not apply to that company so should I repeat the class 12 board

Ans: Aditi, If you scored 58.75% in Class 12 and are concerned about the 60% requirement for some companies, repeating Class 12 may not be necessary. Many engineering colleges (NOT all) prioritize entrance exam scores over Class 12 marks for admission. However, note that some engineering entrance exams, like JEE, require a minimum of 75% in Class 12.

While some companies set a 60% minimum for placements, most focus more on skills and performance during your engineering studies. If you're determined to improve your marks, repeating Class 12 is an option. However, excelling in entrance exams and your engineering course might be a more effective way to achieve success. Sir my class 12 percentage is 56.8 from (CBSE board). I want admission in LNCT college bhopal. I have not given JEE Mains exam. For direct addmission in LNCT on the basis of class 12 marks it requires minimum 60% percentage in class 12. So sir can I give class 12 again from (MP board) to get good percentage? Sir my second question is :- Does class 12 percentage matter in placements. How much percent it matters?

Ans: Abdul, regarding your wish to improve your marks in 12th Board, I have already answered. Whether 12th marks matter or not depends upon how you academically perform better in your UG/PG, which companies you are applying for jobs etc. Some companies do not bother about your 12th marks as they are more concerned with how far you will be beneficial to the company. and what all knowledge/skills you have. Ans: Dear Abdul, Since you have made up your mind to study in LNCT College Bhopal where Min percentage required is 60% in 12th as mentioned by you more over you haven't appeared in JEE mains , I will suggest you to prepare well , appear in JEE , get a god rank and then plan to take admission after wards considering your exact ranking.

Ans: 11th in Karnataka, 12th in Hyderabad: Since your son completed his 11th standard in Karnataka but is pursuing his 12th standard in Hyderabad, he does not meet the requirement of completing both 11th and 12th standards in Karnataka.

Seven-Year Study Period: If your son has not completed a total of seven academic years of study in Karnataka (from 1st to 12th standard), he would not fulfill the domicile criteria for KCET.
