Sir I have given my nios exam and opted for toc in one subject. After giving application original marksheet on time doing everything my marksheet hasn't been updated till now. What should I do?

Ans: Aditi, The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) is addressing a delay in updating the Transfer of Credit (TOC) marksheet. To resolve the issue, contact the NIOS Learner Support Centre during working hours, the NIOS Headquarters, or the nearest regional centre. Ensure all required documents, including the original marksheet from your previous board, are submitted to the appropriate NIOS office. Regularly check the NIOS student portal for updates on your TOC status. The TOC process typically takes 30 to 45 days, but processing times can vary. Persistent follow-up through these channels is advisable to ensure your marksheet is updated promptly. All the Best for Your Prosperous Future.

Hello sir this is Nishat , I passed my 12th in the year 2023 with a good percentage but however I couldn’t see it for chemistry exam. So obviously I failed in that subject so I decided to again reappear for that exam and in 2024 I gave betterment exam from my state board in the subject biology and chemistry. However I scored far better in biology than last time but (Chemistry) I don’t know maybe it’s it’s because of the issues that we have with our board. I couldn’t score good marks so even I had decided to give (Chemistry) separately and so in 2024. I again set for (Chemistry) exam under nios I and I scored 80 so now the thing is that I’ll be having two mark sheet so while applying in need I cannot possibly select the code 2 because although I already have the state board certificate but the NIOS certificate is not yet out and it will be out by end of the March sir can I possibly select the code one that is appearing or will it create problems while counselling or is there any other option please help me out sir , I’m very desperate like I have prepared for neey for the last two years and I don’t want to put my hard work into vain. Please Sir help me out
Ans: Hello Nishtam
Please select code 1 without any fear. Focus more on your study. But considering your fear and anxiety with the chemistry subject, it is recommended that you choose other options than NEET. This time you appear without any fear.

If you like the reply, please follow me else ask again without hesitation.
Thanks

I am 68 years old, a diabetic for past 20 years and hypertensive for 15. I underwent CABG in 2011. Currently on medication for all ailments. My diabetes and blood pressure are under control. For past 5 years, I have been off and on visiting and living with my daughter in England, often for 3 months at a stretch, in climate with average temperatures below 10C. It has been my experience that while in cold climatic conditions, with intake fo prescribed diabetic medication, my blood sugar level tends to go low, sometimes as low as 50-60 mg/dL. My diabetologist has only advised to halve does of Gemer DS (3 & 1000) (Glimeperide 3 mg+Metformin 1000 mg) 1BD. This has reduced the incidence but at times I feel dizzy & like blanking out and upon checking on glucometer find sugar level falling below 70 mg/dL. My question is: Is there a correlation between climatic conditions (Cold climate) and sugar levels in the blood? If so, how does it play out?
Ans: Cold weather can affect insulin sensitivity. Some studies suggest that cold exposure may increase insulin resistance, making it harder to control blood sugar levels. Cold weather often leads to changes in dietary habits which can affect blood sugar levels. Make a note if you are experiencing similar symptoms even while in a warm climate. Keep a check if you are shifting dietary habits in cold weather by consuming more low carb foods and if activity levels have increased simultaneously. Given your experience with low blood sugar levels in cold climates, it's essential to monitor your blood sugar closely and adjust your medication as needed. It's also a good idea to discuss your symptoms and experiences with your diabetologist to ensure you have a tailored plan for managing your diabetes in different climatic conditions.
