I am 28 years old preparing for ssc cgl 2025 is my last attempt i heartly want to crack this exam but in 2023 i count crack it always fear in my mind if i count crack this what will happen people mock me my mothers dream is unfullfilled i belongs to a poor financial condition of my family and my health condition was also poor nowadays depression anxity and fear grab me i feel very helpless and demotivated what i can do

Please look at few suggestive steps-

Take support- you dnt have to go through this all alone. Find some trust worthy and speak what you feel. Sharing your concerns can help feel better.

Have clear and realistic goals- Start working towards your goals. Break down and see what is achievable and what is not.

Focus on yourself- it's important to focus on yourself while you are achieving your goals. If you are not healthy and how do you think you can achieve. Take a break and relax and start again.

Be more organized and go with a planned approach

Work on your thoughts. If any negative thought comes reframe it with a positive one.

Take professional help-If you are too anxious and depressed you may want to take some professional help who can help you with some coping strategies.

Be positive and focus on present.

Ans: Depends upon which post you are applying for. The age limit for most of the posts is 30 years. The age limit for Jr. Statistical Officer is 32 years. However, reserved category applicants receive age relaxation according to their category, which again depends upon 'your category' . In general, upper age limit is 32 yrs but it varies with post & categories as SC, ST etc.

Sorry to hear that you failed in CBSE board examination. Failing your CBSE board exams means you won't be eligible for JoSAA counseling. You can consider appearing for the CBSE improvement/compartment exam to improve your marks and meet the eligibility criteria for future JoSAA counseling. You can appear 12th via open board but again you have fulfill the eligibility criteria of min 75% for JoSSA counseling. Best of luck for your bright future.
