Dear sir, I have my father's name in between first and last name in my adhar card but in my 10th CBSE marksheet I don't have my father's name in between my first and last name. According to NTA 14 Jan. 2025 notification name of candidate in adhar card according to 10th marksheet so what should I do now?

Ans: Hi Mayuri,

Is your name the same as it appears on your birth certificate? Your name has been registered according to your birth certificate for the 10th class. Therefore, the birth certificate is the primary document registered with the local municipality or corporation. When you change your name on your Aadhaar card, they will require proof, so please attach your birth certificate when making the change.

Sir actually my 10th certificate has my full name and my jee certificate that will be. Released around April and my adhar card don't have my middle name i cannot change the adhar card as the registration date will be done by the time adhar is updated. What should I do? Will it make it difficult for my college admission

Requesting you not to panic at this early stage. Let her appear for JEE session 2 and the state-level engineering entrance test. Let all the results out. You have ample time to think about the available options for engineering admission. At this stage, no need to think about management quota unless and until you want a particular branch in a particular college. Depending on her score in upcoming exams, she may get admission to reputed engineering either in Pune or Bengaluru
