My daughter got Computer science in Manipal Jaipur. She also has chance to get into Thakur college of engineering Mumbai in computer telated branch (close to current house). Can you please suggest for better college and University

Ans: Sure. Between Manipal University Jaipur (MUJ) and Thakur College of Engineering (TCET), here's a simple comparison:
Manipal Jaipur:
• It's a private deemed university with a good campus and infrastructure.
• National reputation is stronger, and placements are decent.
• However, it’s outside your city, so there will be additional living and travel costs.
Thakur College (Mumbai):
• AICTE-approved, affiliated to Mumbai University.
• If she gets CS or IT, the branch is good, and being close to home is a big plus.
• Placements are more Mumbai-based and depend on individual performance, but they have growing industry links.
If she prefers staying in Mumbai and gets a CS or IT branch in Thakur, it’s a good choice and convenient.
If she wants a more campus-based college experience and doesn’t mind being away, Manipal Jaipur has a better brand and university setup.
Let her choose based on comfort, city preference, and career goals. Both are good — the fit matters more.
