Ans: Hi,
If you can specify home state it would be easy to guide. But at this rank it would be difficult to get a seat unless you belong to north eastern states.

Sir my daughter got 93.7 percentile jee mains 2024 crl rank 94736 in Ipe got 98percent our home state Andhrapradesh we belongs general if any nit or iiit

Ans: Congrats to your Daughter for Scoring 98% in his IPE.

Please note, getting admission into any NIT or IIIT will be difficult with the Rank your Son score, especially for the branches which are high in demand and have tough competition. Better option is getting admission into any one of the top-10 Private Colleges in AP itself as his IPE Score is also considered (along with JEE-Main Rank by some Private Colleges).

Whatever Institute / University & Branch he chooses, he should keep upgrading his skills from his 1st year itself till he goes for Campus Placement in his last year, from NPTEL, Internshala etc. and / or any other online platforms, recommended by his College Faculties, to be COMPETENT among other Students.

Looking at my residential status will there be any tax and is there any threshold of money that can be transferred tax free ( mode of transfer online India NRO ( my account ) to father ( Resident account )

Ans: 01. You shall be taxed in India as NRI (if you are NRI), for your income in India (Earned or Received in India). You must file your ITR If your income in India is more than the basic taxable limit (Rs.2.50 lakhs).
02. In USA you have to take care of USA tax laws, for your income in USA.

Sir, employed as manager store, and other hospital work on contract basis. How much tds hospital has to deduct and what rebate will i get under income tax act

Ans: There is no specific rate of TDS for Salary. However, your employer would work out your tax liability on the basis of your salary & other details, which you provide to him & deduct TDS during salary period only.
Whatever TDS is deducted, you can claim its credit when you file your ITR for the period. In case of excess deduction, you may claim refund.

Ans: 01. Your LTCG will be taxed @ 12.50% without Indexation You.
02. Please note that first LTCG on Securities would be exempt up to an amount of Rs.1.25 lakhs.

Ans: You question seems to be incomplete. How you have claimed exemption u/s 54F in recent ITR. Which property or asset you have sold ? Another point is how you have claimed exemption, against which tax saving (whether against any house property or Capital gain Bonds etc.) ?
