Recent closing SC category ranks for BS-MS programs are much lower: IISER Pune (266), Mohali (550), Trivandrum (681), Tirupati (738), Behrampur (739), Bhopal (600), and Kolkata (364). Your SC rank is well above these cutoffs, and even the newest IISERs have not gone beyond 750–800 for SC category in the last several years.
