Thank you Sir. Kindly help to which is better in RVCE vs DA-IICT. Also we have spot round for IIST -ECE, please suggest if this will be a good option

Ans: As far as IIST is concerned, I had answered 2-3 times earlier. Selection by ISRO is not a guarantee as it changes its Recruitment Policy every year and also number of vacancies vary every year. Might / Might not be selected by ISRO. Here little risk is there and to try for off-campus job. Prefer RVCE.

Hi Sir, My son has to choose between Rvce (ECE) and Bits Hyderabad (ECE). Which one would you suggest?

Ans: Sir, Prefer RVCE (Bengaluru). Better than BITS-Hyderabad.

Whatever Institute / University & Branch your Son chooses, he should keep upgrading his skills from his 1st year itself till his Campus Placement during his last year, from NPTEL, Internshala etc. and / or any other online platforms, recommended by his College Faculties, to be COMPETENT among other Students.

Both align with my passion for storytelling and creative expression, but I’m struggling to decide. I’ve heard that CUET PG allows students to apply for multiple courses, but I’m not sure how it works in terms of application fee, exam schedules, or if it might affect my chances of admission. Can I apply for two courses simultaneously in CUET PG?

Sir, what is the application fee for CUET PG 2025? How to select preferred city for CUET PG 2024?

Ans: The Fee Payable for CUET-PG-2025 is as follows: (1) Application Fee for up to 2 Test Papers is Rs.1400 & Fee for additional Test Papers is Rs.700 (per Test Paper) for General Category Candidates. For OBC-NCL/Gen-EWS: Rs.1200 & Rs.600, For SC/ST/Third Gener: Rs.1100 & Rs.600 and For PwBD: Rs.1000 & Rs.600 respectively. To select your preferred exam cities in the CUET PG 2025 application form, navigate to the Exam City Preference Section and select up to two cities based on your registered addresses. Review and confirm your chosen cities, as the NTA reserves the right to change the test city based on administrative feasibility. A List of Examination Cities is already provided in the 'Information Bulletin of CUET-PG-2025' on Page No.42 for your ready reference. You can download the Information Bulletin from NTA Website. You will have to resolve the name mismatch by following the due process.

Else your UAN will remain inactive and you may not be able to use online services offered by EPFO.

I am having about 2 lakh in my PF out of which, ,I am allowed to borrow 1.5 lakh for housing purpose. After borrowing 1.5 lakh I am willing to pay the amount back to PF in small installments every month other than employee contribution. But my employer never entertain the voluntary contribution. Is there any other way to return back the amount borrowed from Provident Fund.

Ans: Hello;

You may consider it as partial withdrawal from EPF for house purchase.

No need to repay it. It's your own money which you are allowed to partially withdraw subject to certain conditions.

However your PF kitty will need to be replenished through regular contributions.

It is fundamentally a good stock however my view is that in the short to medium term (2-5 yrs) it may test your patience with not much movement anticipated however for a long term horizon(5 yr+) outlook is quite positive.

I am 57 years old, have 3 cr in stocks and mutual funds, and I intend to invest another 2 cr because I make 1 cr a year. After reiteration, my monthly expenses would be 2.0 lacs. Could you please tell me if this is enough money to retire?

Ans: Hello;

You will need a minimum corpus of 6 Cr to generate post-tax monthly income of 2.1 L+ through annuity.(6% annuity rate considered)

After fulfilling monthly expenses you may do a monthly sip of around 10-15 K in a relatively low risk hybrid fund.

This can grow into a corpus of 40-60 L in 15 years which may be used to enhance annuity income for inflation.(9% returns considered)

Hi, My age is 42, salaried 1.5 lakhs per month in chennai, 2 school going kids. Own appartment worth 50 lakhs-- 8 yrs to complete the loan. also own Ancestor property 2 houses in same city. Wife working as teacher in small school. Regarding expenses, home loan 45k, house hold expense 50k, gold -7K, Mutual funds-- 15K, Shares--10K, NPS--- 5K. Till date my total savings is equity portfolio 21lakhs, Mutual fund-6 lakhs, EPF - around 23 lakhs i plan to retire in next 10-12 years, expecting my corpus atleast 3 to 5 crores, can you suggest best way to realign my portfolio Tnx in advance
