i came to know that some colleges provide b.tech computer science engg. for PCB STUDENTS i.e. without maths. but these colleges will probvide bridge course for maths for these students. can u help me with names of these colleges and what formalities to do.

Ans: Yes, some private universities offer B.Tech Computer Science Engineering (CSE) to PCB students (without Mathematics in class 12) and provide a mandatory bridge course in Mathematics. This is in line with recent UGC guidelines that allow students from any stream to enroll in undergraduate programs, provided they clear the necessary entrance exams.

Some of the colleges (after a basic google search)
1. Lovely Professional University (LPU), Punjab
2. VIT University (Vellore Institute of Technology), Vellore
3. Amity University, Noida/Gurugram
4. Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Manipal
5. Shiv Nadar University
6. SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai

Government engineering colleges usually require Mathematics as a compulsory subject in class 12 for admission through exams like JEE Main.

For specific formalities, review the individual university's official website for their exact eligibility criteria for the current academic year. While many private universities are accepting PCB students, the requirements may vary slightly.
