I appeared for AP (andhra pradesh) state board 12th exams in 2023,2024,2025. But I failed due to health reasons, applied for jeemains 2024, 2025. i want to apply for board exams again in 2026, can i apply for jeemains 2026 , would I be eligible for jee advanced. i never applied for jee advanced, please help.

Ans: Hello dear.
If you have health problems and failed in board exams in 2023, 2,4, and 25 then I would like to suggest you clear your 12th from the NIOS board if possible. The examination pattern is simple as compared to state or CBSE boards. But this is just an option for you. But if you are comfortable with your existing board, then you can appear in 2026, and take care that you must score min 75% in the board examination to be eligible for JEE (Adv). First clear Board Exam 2026 with 75%, then JEE (Main) with the required cut-off, and then JEE (Adv). But you are eligible for JEE (Main) and not JEE (Adv). For more clarity, I suggest you read the latest brochure of JEE (Adv/Main) released by NTA and IIT.
Best of luck to your upcoming examinations and bright future.
