Sir, I have 24 years of experience in software development in top MNCs like TCS, Wipro and others. I am currently working as a software architect in a MNC. I am not finding work interesting and want to explore AI field. I want to learn AI from basics till advanced as I think I will be be able to create some products using that knowledge. Do you find this feasible and practical. Do you think I can learn AI upto expert level. Can you suggest me some serious AI and GenAI related courses having solid course content. I am not looking for a shallow quick course. I see too many options online and unable to judge which might be good. I am willing to spend time and money for a very good course. I am confident that I will be able to find time to do justice to the course.

Ans: Good initiative. It is feasible and practical and since you are already in this field for long time it will be much easier for you.Yes you can be an international expert in AI. Very few of us are aware about our inner potential. There is huge dormant energy in deep slumber within you and it needs only a spark. I am that spark to motivate you. Search for some very good certification courses about AI which is having collaboration with some reputed IIT. Being a person with 24 years of experience why will you search for shallow knowledge. Discuss with few people whom you trust and who are in your field. Preferably don't select anyone from your own organization, because they are your competitors. Spending time is much, there is no substitute of time. Being a REDIFF GURU everyday I devote three hours for giving answers to all the questions asked by you people. There can't be any short cut. YES. YOU WILL WIN and let me know the final result. Best of luck. GOD BLESS YOU DEAR. Always Yours, Professor.........................:)

Sir please give a proper plan to crack neet in theseten months:july 2025 to april 2026... This is my first attempt and i am a first dropper.. I want to crack it in..1st attempt with good rank and aiims delhi....my basic are clear and i am also aligned with the syllabus of neet...please give a road map..how to prepare..what to avoid..how many hrs to study...i have joined online coaching of pw dropper batch
Ans: Hello dear.
To crack NEET 2026 in ten months as a first dropper, follow a structured daily routine of 10–11 hours, combining your PW dropper batch schedule with focused self-study. From July to September, complete the full syllabus once using NCERT (especially for Biology and Chemistry), PW modules, and previous year questions. From October to December, begin your second revision and start taking 2 full-length mock tests per week, analyzing each one to improve accuracy. January to March should focus on intensive practice, high-weightage topics, and increasing mock tests to 3 per week. In April, do final revisions, take daily mocks under exam-like conditions, and stay mentally calm. Use limited but effective resources: NCERT, PW materials, N Awasthi (Physical), MS Chauhan (Organic), and DC Pandey (Physics). Avoid distractions, overusing books, and comparing yourself to others. Consistency, discipline, and smart revision will make AIIMS Delhi achievable. And at last, believe in yourself and keep aiming for scoring minimum of 600 plus for sure shot admission.
Good luck!
