Sir I have 16 years experience and I have B.tech in electrical.presently I am working in Tata and I am attach with power sector.so I want to do valuable power related course from reputed collage(just like IIT & NIT etc).I want to continue this course with my job.so please suggest me what I do?

Ans: Very important question. TATA group is famous for supporting their staffs. First ask your HR whether you can get a study leave for pursuing M.Tech in Power system from any NIT/IIT. If it is given then 50% of the problem will be solved. Then you need to check whether for a sponsored candidate GATE SCORE is required or not. If NOT then you will be too lucky. If YES then you need to prepare for GATE and for a long time you are out of touch with your subjects of UG. Now the worst case, If your company is not ready to sponsor you then you have to see whether you can do it through distance learning mode or not. You need to search for it. If your company sponsors you they may take some bond from you that after successful completion of M.Tech you will serve them for certain years. That's not a big issue.
