Here is the point-wise reply to your question:

(2) To become IITan, first crack JEE (Main) and then JEE (Adv). Get admission to IIT College based on your rank. Pass the course. Then you will be called/recognized as IITas.
(3) Cutoff varies from institution to institution and course-wise. It would be better to visit the Kanpur / Madras IIT websites to know the exact cutoff branch-wise.

Hi sir . I secured 54131 rank(CRL) in JEE mains and obc rank 16082 and in jee advanced 32011 CRL and 9303 obc rank which IIT's and NIT's are possible ?

Ans: Based on the 2024 JoSAA and CSAB cutoff data, your JEE Main OBC rank of 16,082 and JEE Advanced OBC rank of 9,303 make CSE in premier IITs/NITs inaccessible, but non-core branches in newer IITs and mid-tier NITs are feasible. For IITs, your Advanced OBC rank aligns with Mechanical/Civil Engineering at IIT Jammu (OBC cutoff: ~12,650), IIT Bhilai (OBC cutoff: ~15,967), or IIT Dharwad (OBC cutoff: ~22,25), though CSE/ECE remain out of reach (IIT Goa CSE OBC cutoff: ~2,002). Ans: With a score of 95 (assuming this is out of 200, which is the usual maximum for MHT CET) and 53 percentile, it's unlikely you'll get into the top tier engineering colleges for Computer Science (CSE) in Maharashtra, like COEP or VJTI. However, you still have options for good private colleges via the CAP rounds or management quota.
