I'm a dropper who appeared for JEE Mains 2025 and scored 59 percentile, with 63% in Class 12. I now realize I took the drop without proper planning and outcomes foolishly. Now I'm confused about what to do next. Should I go for a private B.Tech CSE course(intrested)or explore other fields or courses? I'm looking for a practical and future-safe option. But regardless of my past mistakes I want to work hard and prove and set a benchmark for myself to be successful.Kindly guide me based on my current situation.

Ans: Hello dear.
Forget the past and look forward to a bright future. It is a good idea to enroll in CSE if you are interested in this field. This is a practical area that also has a promising future if you excel in it. Anyone can start from scratch at any stage. Hence, it is not too late for you. Choose any top-tier private college and enroll in CSE without overthinking. Work hard. Success is achievable.
Follow me if you like the reply. Thanks

Hello Sir ,I got 83 percentile in jee mains previous year and took a drop and got 81 % this year and also even after giving advance I won't be able to clear it .What should I do ? I want to pursue my career in cse , should I take government college with another branch (i would be getting ee or ic) and learn programming or should I take private college cse branch but that would be a prblm for me bcz of financial issues ,as in government college I would be getting 100% scholarship .
Ans: Thoroughly read your question and noted all points.

My suggestions:

1) Please go ahead with (either of) the Branches you would get from Govt. College as you would get 100% Scholarship and you can’t afford for private college.
2) However, while / before completing your BE/BTech, you will have to keep upskilling yourself by getting Certifications (in your domain) from NPTEL, Internshala Platforms or any other Online / Offline Platforms, recommended by your faculties in your College.
3) Also, create a Professional Linkedin Profile and keep updating them every 3-months.
4) The above will enable you to be COMPETENT in Job Market once you complete your Graduation.

Hope the above information is helpful to you.
