Sir i got 70 persent in board but i have sc . There is a little careness i took physics as a optional sub instead of math or bio but i have pcmb sub and i also pass in pcmb sub there is little confusing that in jee advance eligibility criteria shows pcm mandatory sub but in my marksheet physics is optional sub so am i eligibile for iit ? Also i secure 35 sc rank in jee advance and and now i did counseling after seat allotment when i submit all docoment then there is any kind of issue i faceed for physics as a optional sub but in my board i got 56 mark out of 100 and pass the exam properly.

Hi sir i have pcmb but for my little careness or mistake , i took physics as a option sub instead of math ot bios . I got 70 percent in my boards also i am sc student, now i got 208 in jee advanced can i got iit ? Is there is any problem of my sub physics as a optional subject.
Ans: There is no issue with Physics being your optional subject. If you passed Class 12 with the required subjects and are eligible for JEE Advanced, your IIT admission depends on rank/category and JoSAA rules, not on which subject was marked optional. However, it is strongly advised to go through the brochure and read the eligibility criteria section instead of fully relying on our reply. If possible, write an email to NTA and call the toll-free number for more guidance if they can provide it.
