Ans: Prathima Madam, all are really good choices. However, the order of preference could be 1) IIIT Hyderabad CSE/CSD 2) IIIT Bangalore CSE, & 3) NIT Allahabad CSE. IIITH offers exceptional CS academics, research culture, peer group and top placements. IIITB has the Bengaluru advantage and a strong software ecosystem. NIT Allahabad CSE is excellent but slightly behind in CS-focused environments. If your son is much interested in AI/software, he can choose IIIT-H. All the Best for Your Son's Prosperous Future!
