(1) Difficult to guess about rank in Manipal. But you can get a seat there.
(2) With the score of 140+ in MHT-CET, you have chances to seat either in Govt College or to some reputed private college
(3) On the basis of JEE score, participate actively in JoSAA counseling to explore more options.
