Hi, I am 49 years Male with following parameters. Weight - 83, Height - 5'9", Pure Vegetarian, No drink/smoke. My Lipid says Total Cholestrol - 172, Triglycrides - 180, HDL - 31.6, VLDL - 36, LDL -104.7. Dinner at 8:30 & then walk for around 30 mins. No excercise/yoga at all. By end of the day energy level is gone.
So please guide what should i do ?
Ans: Increase physical activity. Add fruits and vegetables in your diet. Sleep minimum 8 hours in the day. Please do Yoga/walk or other mental relaxation exercises.
Add vitamin C and Vitamin E in your diet. Ensure your Vitamin D levels are within normal range.
