नमस्ते सर, मैं 57 साल का वेतनभोगी व्यक्ति हूँ। मैं पिछले 20 सालों से नियमित रूप से आयकर का भुगतान कर रहा हूँ। मेरा सवाल यह है कि मुझे म्यूचुअल फंड पर प्राप्त लाभांश पर कर का भुगतान क्यों करना चाहिए, जबकि मैं अपनी मेहनत की कमाई को कर (आयकर) चुकाने के बाद निवेश कर रहा हूँ। मुझे जो लाभ मिला है, वह कर चुकाने के बाद बचाए गए पैसे से है।

सर, मैं 56 वर्षीय पुरुष हूँ। मेरे रक्त में क्रिएटिनिन का स्तर पहले थोड़ा अधिक रहता था। कुछ समय पहले मैंने इसे कम करने के लिए दवाइयाँ लीं और अच्छे परिणाम मिले। लेकिन अब यह फिर से बढ़ रहा है। हाल ही में मैंने अपना रक्त परीक्षण करवाया और पाया कि रक्त क्रिएटिनिन 1.36, रक्त यूरिया 24.5 और eGFR 57.8 है। क्या मुझे डॉक्टर से परामर्श लेना चाहिए। वर्तमान में मैं प्रतिदिन एम्लोडिपिन + एटेनोलोल दवा ले रहा हूँ।
