Purchased a flat out of sales proceeds òf a house in 2021-22,but the flat got reggistered now only. To get capital gain benefits i had reported the amount of purchase and sale both . Now this years registry amount is reflecting in my in my ITAX.and i have to show in my ITR . HOW DO I DO IT.

Ans: You have already claimed the capital gains tax deduction right?

Yes,ihave already claimed it..but my dilemma is how do i report registry of one flat in this year as it will appear in my 26as or elsewhere,since registry by builder done now only.please advise.
