Sir,i am on Nikoran 10-1-0-0-i am 58 also an ED paient-i was not having nikoran earlier,once a week i used to take Cialis 20 to be with my wife.Now i am told i cant take cialis with nikoran-Any other alternate Sir?

Ans: The only option is to avoid Nikoran on the days that you take Cialis because most alternatives will also cause a drop in Blood pressure if taken along with Cialis

Ans: Hello. This will depend on the reason for taking Nikoran. if it is to protect your heart, you may not have a lot of choices. If it is for BP, you can surely talk with your physician and get an alternative medication that does not interact with Cialis.

Ans: Then it is better not stop it. There are some alternative also but nikoran is a very good anti angina medication.

Hello Milind Sir, Good Afternoon, First & foremost, please accept my apologies for such an ignorant & foolish question. Please refrain from passing judgment on me. Sir, I have no stock market, MF, Intra day or Fixed Deposit verticals knowledge on a personal level? I do not have lakhs or crores of rupees in my bank account. Having said that, I have INR 40,000 in a savings account that I would like to invest. What am I supposed to do now? Should I learn about the stock market or put it in mutual funds? First of all remove inferiority complex from your mind.

You are as much a friend as all other answer seekers are!

Normally we seek inputs like your age, time horizon for investment, purpose of investment, you risk appetite and financial profile before advising on the type of investment.

Most people who don't have time, knowledge and temperament for stock trading should avoid doing so directly.

You may invest it in a balanced advantage type mutual fund for 5 year horizon. You may select any fund from the top performance quartile in this category.

Also NPS is desirable for retirement planning.

Considering the current market conditions, I'm trying to decide whether it's wiser to invest in real estate or to continue investing in mutual funds. I already have some experience with mutual funds and have seen moderate returns, but I'm also attracted to the idea of owning a tangible asset like property, which could offer appreciation and rental income. I want to understand which option real estate or mutual funds is likely to offer better returns over the next 5 to 10 years, especially given the current economic environment, interest rates, inflation trends, and market volatility. How do factors like liquidity, maintenance, taxes, and risk compare between the two? Should I shift some of my investments into real estate for diversification, or is it more prudent to stay invested in mutual funds and possibly increase SIP contributions? I'm looking for a long-term strategy that helps with both capital growth and financial security.

It is difficult to give an advice without knowing specifics of the case.

I would ideally recommend to include both in your portfolio but if it has to be a choice between the two, I would recommend real estate, as a general advice.

Liquidity, Maintenance, property tax are hassles and costs in real estate but asset price and monthly rentals are generally flat or headed northwards over time unless it is some odd case.

MFs holdings are highly liquid, No maintenance charges and efficient tax treatment. But it is subject to market vagaries.

Consult an investment advisor or a certified financial planner to seek more clarity and firm up your decision.
