Hello Sir I am Suffering from Burning Sensation ðŸ”¥ in Urine Since 6 years i have checked for Urine Cluture Test / Sonography For Stone / Blood Test All the results are Normal i have problem of acidity also Urologist told me Acidity & Burning in Urine are different topics its not about Acidity Could you please advise its cureable or not ? If yes let me know whom can guide & treat this ? Ashish

Since last one month or so I am experiencing slow flow of urine with burning sensation at times. Initially the urine will not come out only but after a while urine starts flowing slowly. I have also to exert pressure to empty my bladder. Is it the problem associated with age (78 years, male) and related to prostate gland ? Please suggest the treatment, medication and cure.

Ans: Hi. It is likely to be due to the enlargement of the prostate gland, which is the most common cause for symptoms at this age. I would suggest you to get USG abdomen to determine the prostate size. Also get PSA (Prostate specific antigen) test in the blood. After these two reports, consult an Urologist who would prescribe medicines. In majority of the cases, you will get symptomatic relief with medications.

Dr I was having frequent urination type feeling a year back, showed to urologist and, and done urine test, culture, even done scan, uro flow test every thing was normal, taken clonotril .25 mg , argon powder, the problem was there for 6 months and it became alright, now again this problem has started, kindly advise

Ans: Please visit the Urologist again. Get urine routine before going to him.

Dr Hegde, I am suffering from burning sensation in the front portion of my foot for past 8 years. I have undergone all kinds of tests and xrays including motor test, metal presence test in blood etc as recommended by Doctors and given different medicines but it hasn’t helped. Even the ayurvedic treatment didn’t help me heal and recover. The problem becomes more acute when I wear shoes, walk longer or else it is near normal when I wear soft slippers. Since you are so much experienced, have you ever come across such problem and whether it is curable and if yes, under whose supervision and hospital. I have been to Appolo, Delhi, Appolo, Bangalore, Narayana Hospital, Bangalore etc.

I am 47 years. Last period 1 year back. Am having severe burning and irritation on my vagina. But my urine culture report is normal. Vagina is very dry. And frequently urine is having. I can hold urine only half n hour. Whole track is burning and i can't have physical relationship. Please suggest what to do

Ans: Hello Sir,
JEE is for IITs, NITs, IIITs, IISC and other GFTIs. He won't be eligible for these institutions. But definitely, he can get admission in engineering by giving other entrance exams.
