When i noticed the creatine was little high and the doctor advised to go for scanning and noticed that prostate gland size was bigger and after all the tests it was prostate cancer and i had radiation treatment about one month before. At present iam in rest. But at present iam facing giddiness while walking, i feel week too. Presently, iam under medicine of Reclimate OD 30 ,Dilzem sr 90, olmezest 20,Novastat 10mg, Silofast 8,and Ativan 1mg. What is my condition. What is to be done on further. Please answer.

Ans: What you have gone through is radiation
You need to detoxify and live a life to nullify the impact of free radicals
Living with nature, balanced nutrition and positive attitude towards life is needed

I am 81 yrs, suffering from prostate cancer since last 6/7 months. I had earlier multiple health issues like Type 2 Diabetes (2yrs), Alzheimer's, Parkinsons plus, I have also heart issues with two stents inserted in 2014. I follow a very sedate lifestyle with walking for 45-55 mts + physical exercise 30 mts almost each day. I have been able to contain Alzheimer's and Parkinson's to almost 85-90% level and check Diabetes with food habits and walking to almost 70-75% level. . From 212 FPBS t has come down to 111 and PPBS currently is 78. I am focusing on prostate cancer. I wish to give some data for your reference: PSA- Total- from 4.14 it has come down to 1.89 Testosterone- from 585 it has come down to 0.660 reading of 20/05/24 I am strictly following my Urologists instructions so far. I am under his treatment for last 6/7 months. But he advices me to go in for MRI based Radiation therapy at HYD. I am extremely averse to any type of radiation therapy as the cells apparently are in sleeping mode with hormonal therapies but once I go in for radiation even if 85% cells die the balance surviving cells will attack my system vigorously and age will not be able to withstand their attack. Can I continue with hormonal therapies? Your advice please
Ans: You are absolutely right Radiotherapy has its own set back of affecting the normal cells too decreasing the overall vitality
So I suggest look into Naturopathy in addressing this issue along with lifestyle modification
Please have a positive attitude as Prostate Cancer relatively has better outcome after being treated with the hormonal therapy.

Doctor I am 61 year male retired and my gall bladder was removed in 2016 and that time i was having slight fatty liver but no pain or discomfort any where other than severe constipation . However , since than I was taking Pan D daily morning . But suddenly 1 and half year back I had severe coughing which continued till last month and local physician prescribed antibiotics and cough syrups and foracourt 200 but coughing did not go . All my chest xray and sputum test came negative . Coughing was more severe when I lie down on bed and was not able to take turn to left side as it was worst coughing that time. i was not able to sleep and severe anxiety , palpitation , dry throat , excessive sweating , all of a sudden feeling cold or hot etc were there . Then I consulted the surgeon who operated the gall bladder he asked for LFT and sonography of upper abdoman . Everything came fine including fasting sugar and HB except SGPT and SGOT levels are high SGPT 200 and SGOT 85 . After this doctor prescribed Veloz IT cap in the morning empty stomach and Obetohep 5mg after lunch both for 2 months and Reflux fort syrup for 7 days along with Anxozap 15mg. Also asked to take no fat meal , fruits , and as I am vegetarian all leafy vegetables , very low sugar and salt . I have followed sincerely and I am walking at least 6000 steps daily. I left smoking for more than 2 months now . I am non alcoholic . Since then situation has improved a bit but not fully . In these conditions it is very difficult to travel to other place as I need to go what should I do will this ever be all right and I can resume my normal food . Please suggest best possible way out .
Ans: Travel with the sensitivity to your body's inner clock.
If you are aligned with your inner biological clock and have discipline in your food, sleep and Activity, I suppose you can travel

Hii sir ! This is ritika and I love a boy and we are in relationship since 7 years but there are some behavior of him he always have doubt on me that I am dating another boy he always says that start you screenshare in WhatsApp I even do because I don't want to lose him and he saw all of things of my phone yesterday he again asking for that and I do and there was a tab of instagram which was belongs to my roommate it was her I'd open in my chrome browser where she only wants to delete the I'd which she did from my phone these instagram thing happened approx one year ago but when he saw this I told him that was not mine but he continuously said I am cheater I cheated with him again he was like I know you have two mobile phones and you cheated with me. I love him soo much but he cannot try to accept that . Even I don't talk to my male classmate because he didn't want ki main kisi boy se baat karu Is it fair , am I cheater ? I love him unconditionally I support him in all his career or decision but again he was like I cheated with him we are in long distance relationship but I can't cheat him . Literally I am feeling depressed ????
Ans: Dear Ritika,

Please understand that you did nothing wrong. Why would you even question yourself? You know you never cheated. It's his issue that he cannot trust. Yes, in a relationship we all try to comfort our partners but that too should be to a certain extent. And, in that process, if your mental health is being compromised, I don't see how it's a healthy relationship.

I don't want to tell you what to do, but I would reassure you that YOU DID NOTHING WRONG. You don't need to prove yourself anymore. And I can also assure you that no matter what you do, he will still manage to find some flaws and doubt you. It's a typical behavior we see in some partners. You deserve peace, love, and above all, to be trusted.

Best Wishes.
