I am an IT professional and graduate with B.Sc Computer Science in the year 2006. Further being working i did 2 years online PGDITM (Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology Management) from the Symbiosis college of Distance Learning which is an AICTE approved. Now i am concern about my Post Graduate Degree as most of the positions are now being prefered having post graduate degree either M.Tech or MCA to get qualify for the minimum criteria. So my query is after working of 15 years if i am going for online MCA degree will be benefical for me or not ...

Ans: Can do online MCA degree without leaving your job. Another option would be to do PGPMax course from ISB which is for professionals having 15+ years of work ex. It could help you to get into management cadre.

I am 35 and planning to get financial free by 45 while no plan to withdraw after 45 but could be a chance to swp of 5% from 50 age. No loan is running currently. Owning 2 plots which might be worth of 90L lakhs now. I have rsu's which would be around 50L vested. My monthly salary is nearly 2.4L and my expenses are arround 60k to 70k per month. Please suggest bucket for long term. My plan to invest in nifty50 -20%, next fifty -20%, government bond /gold - 20%, medium cap - 25%, small cap - 15% for long term.. ready to invest 1L per month sip from now. Please suggest

You may allocate your monthly sip
(1 L) in the following manner:

Flexicap type mutual fund: 30%
PPFAS flexicap
Large cap mutual fund: 20%
Canara Robeco Bluechip
Midcap mutual fund: 20%
Nippon India Growth
Small cap fund: 10%
SBI small cap
Multi asset allocation fund: 20%
ICICI Pru MAF

For retirement purpose corpus should never be in pure equity fund.

You may utilise hybrid funds such as equity savings type mutual fund or conservative hybrid debt type mutual fund for SWP.

Also do not let the SWP rate above 3% as this serves as safety during market drawdowns as to not eat into your corpus and deplete it significantly.

Land and RSUs may be your booster to fight inflation in retirement.

Stay sufficiently insured for life and health.

You want to get into a relationship with a married man? Will that not complicate your already complicated life?
You certainly deserve to be loved and taken care of BUT do not jump towards a married man...you do understand that his priorities will lie with his first family and this will hurt you again and you will feel neglected AGAIN...

What is he planning with his marriage? Does his wife know about your relationship? Is he going to end his marriage and then marry you? These questions need answers and then you can decide for yourself keeping in mind that you need to take of yourself emotionally in this second association.

I have a corpus of 1.5 cr and a passive income of 30k per month which I expect to continue for next 10 years. Please let me know how much corpus is required for retirement if I want to retire now and for son's education. I have my own house and no loans as of now and have a decent health insurance. Ans: Hello;

You may invest 50 L into an Arbitrage type mutual fund (low risk) earmarked for your son's higher education.

For 1 Cr you may buy an immediate annuity from a life insurance company. Considering annuity rate of 6% you may expect to receive monthly payout of around 50 K.

So your total monthly income will be 50 K from annuity + 30 K passive income= 80 K pm.

After accounting for your monthly expenses of 60 K you have a surplus of 20 K which you may use to initiate a monthly sip into a pure equity mutual fund.

After 10 years this sip may grow into a corpus of around 50 L to top-up your retirement corpus.

Dear Anu, my wife was hopitalised about 15 days due to thyroid and knee pain during covid. 2021. after that six months once consult with doctor and advised to take tablets. now she is o.k. her age 65. my age 70. prior to hospitalisation we both have well relationship and she likes to have sex. but after dischared from hospital she won't like to share me in bed. Now a days she moves here and there and also gone shop for purchase. but she never allowes me to touch her lips and her private parts. In these situations how can I control my feelings ?.
