Ans: Aditya, Candidates who have already secured and retained a seat in an IIT through JoSAA are considered admitted to a participating institute and therefore are not eligible for JAC Delhi’s spot round, which is reserved exclusively for candidates who are registered but have not been admitted to any JAC-participating institute. JAC Delhi does not permit fresh registrations, and only those without any confirmed seat after the upgrade processes may physically attend the spot round at DTU’s Ambedkar Auditorium by submitting the requisite documents and demand draft.
